Four women candidly share their personal stories of surviving and thriving after breast cancer and lead users through three sections: Recovery, My Life, and Monitoring Health. The Recovery section helps provide support to increase energy and stamina. Users explore the My Life section to understand how the experience of breast cancer has affected their personal lives and relationships with others. Monitoring Health provides tools to keep track of personal and family health and strategies for managing the long-term effects of breast cancer treatment.

The CD has been reviewed by experts for both medical and psychosocial content. Tools are interactive and users are able to save their data.
