What is the purpose of this computer program?
To teach children 3-5 years old three ways to be safe in the sun: Play in the shade, dress for sun, and use sunscreen.

Are the games appropriate for children who cannot read?
Yes! The age-appropriate activities are designed for and have been tested by pre-reading children. The activities teach sun safety, as well as colors, numbers, direction-following and problem-solving skills.

How do I know that the information in these games is correct?
HealthMark prides itself on including well-respected experts in the development of all of our products. This product was developed with direction from experts in pediatric dermatology, child development, sun safety, and child care. (See Product Credits)

Can I load this program on more than one computer?
No, the license agreement states that you may use the program on only one computer. To install the program on more than one computer, you must purchase another copy.

Technical Questions

Can I listen to this program on my stereo or in my car?
No, the program must be run from a computer that meets the Minimum System Requirements.

Can I use this program on a Mac computer?
No, the program is available only for computers running Microsoft Windows 98 or higher. See the Minimum System Requirements. We currently do not plan to offer this program in a Mac format.

How can I bypass the music at the beginning of the program?
Just click any place on the screen to interrupt the song.

What do I do if I can't hear the audio?
Check to make sure that you have speakers and that the speakers are plugged in and turned on at an appropriate volume level. If you still cannot hear the program, check the computer's audio setting in the Control Panel.

What do I do if the program doesn't install itself automatically?
If you purchased the program on CD-ROM, double-click My Computer on your desktop. Find your CD-ROM drive in the list and double-click to open it. Then double-click on setup.exe and follow the instructions as you proceed through the installation wizard.

If you purchased the program as a download file, find the file on your hard drive and double-click it to begin the installation.

What do I do if the program didn't download?
First, make sure that it really didn't download, by searching for ASCSetup.exe on your hard drive. If you find it, double-click it to install the program.

If you don't find the file on your hard drive, or you're certain the download was aborted for some reason, please email us at sunsafe@healthmarkmultimedia.com. Please include the words "Download failed" in the subject line, and to help us locate your order, in the body of your message be sure to include your full name, address, and daytime phone number.
