Our Management Team

Ms. McFarren serves as President and Chief Financial Officer, managing company operations. In addition, she is responsible for medical information development and works with physicians, nurses and other medical professionals to ensure the medical accuracy of company products. Ms. McFarren is also involved in acquiring patient input and end-user feedback and has been the Principal Investigator on several NIH-funded grants. She is experienced in designing and offering educational programs for diverse populations, including community groups, graduate students and physicians. Ms. McFarren is the founder of and was Executive Director of Planned Parenthood of Northwest Indiana, and has served Vice President for Affiliate Development and Education of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America and President of AIDS Action Foundation.

Dr. Brink founded HealthMark Multimedia and has led the company in acquiring National Institutes of Health (NIH) grants in the areas of self-care and decision making for patients, graduate and continuing education for health care providers, and health prevention education for children. She works with patients to develop the multimedia design and interfaces of company products, soliciting patient input and end-user feedback during development. Dr. Brink has considerable experience in the development and evaluation of health and patient education strategies, disease prevention and health promotion. She is skilled in the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of traditional and media-based health education products. Dr. Brink served on the faculty at the Center for Health Promotion Research and Development at the University of Texas School of Public Health, Houston and in the Pediatric Department at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston.
