How can I adjust the sound on my computer?You can do it one of 2 ways: - On the bottom right hand corner of your computer screen there is a button that looks like a speaker. Double-click it. If any of the mute boxes are checked and your volume is too low, uncheck the checked boxes. You can also adjust the volume slide bars to increase or decrease sound. Move the bars up for an increase and down for a decrease in volume.
- Left-click on the start button, then click settings > control panel > sounds and multimedia. Click the audio tab, and then click the first volume button. If any of the mute boxes are checked and your volume is too low, uncheck the checked boxes. You can also adjust the volume slide bars to increase or decrease sound. Move the bars up for an increase and down for a decrease in volume.
The program does not load. The auto insert notification is turned off on your system. See below for instructions on manually launching the program.
How do I manually launch the program? Go to my computer. Locate the CD-ROM icon. Double-click on it to view the CD-ROM contents (sometimes by double-clicking on the icon the program will auto launch). Locate the file Setup.exe and double-click on it to launch the installation program.
The videos do not play. Our videos are configured to play on all systems that meet the Minimum System Requirements. If your system meets these requirements, please check with your system's manual or a technical support person to make sure that you have the proper Windows system drivers for video playback.
I loaded the disc and then gave my copy to my son for his computer, but the copy loaded on my system no longer works. The program does not work if the disc is not loaded in the system's CD-ROM drive.
Do I need a printer to use the print function? Yes, you must have a printer installed on the system you use to explore the program.
The print function does not work. First check your printer connection. If the connection appears intact, the problem may be related to out-dated printer drivers. Downloading the most current printer driver for your system may solve the problem. Current printer drivers are often available from your system manufacturer's website. If you continue to have difficulty, consult your system's manual or contact your technical support.

What do I do if the program freezes or causes a "General Protection Fault Error?" Restart the machine and try not to run too many applications simultaneously.
